However, the service is exceptional, with staff ready to pick you up from Jeddah airport and always helpful with a smile.

My stay at the hotel was quite satisfying. The location was perfect, very near to Al Haram, making it convenient for prayers. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected but decent, especially with the view of Kaabah. The service was professional, and the staff were quite responsive and polite. The dining experience was good with plenty of choices. However, the layout to access the Haram through shops was a bit inconvenient at times.
