Location
Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a perfect location, directly in front of the holy Masjid Al Haram and near Alharam, making it ideal for those with limited mobility. The rooms may be a bit cramped for a family of four, and some aspects seem hastily put together, like the mismatched panelling and lack of proper bathroom doors. However, the service is exceptional, with staff ready to pick you up from Jeddah airport and always helpful with a smile.
My stay at the hotel was quite satisfying. The location was perfect, very near to Al Haram, making it convenient for prayers. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected but decent, especially with the view of Kaabah. The service was professional, and the staff were quite responsive and polite. The dining experience was good with plenty of choices. However, the layout to access the Haram through shops was a bit inconvenient at times.
The hotel is conveniently located just in front of the Al Haram entrance, making it easy to access. The rooms were fairly clean and close together, though some details seemed rushed, like the mismatched paneling and makeshift quad setup. On the bright side, the staff was helpful and cooperative. The breakfast may not have been top-notch, especially with the tea and coffee, but the proximity to Al Masjid Al Haram is a big plus.
The room size is a bit small, and the cleanliness was a bit lacking. The service, however, was professional and efficient, offering amenities such as room service and dry cleaning facilities.
The hotel is ideally located near Masjid Al Haram with easy access to the market. The rooms are not soundproof, small, and unclean with remnants from previous guests, despite being expensive. The service, mainly provided by Bangladeshi and Pakistani staff, is kind and accommodating but lacks proficiency in English. The dining options are more Arabian than international and not worth the money. However, make sure to include breakfast in your package for convenience. The location, right in front of Masjid Al Haram, is perfect for easy access to prayer times, but be prepared for rush hours. It's a mix of value for money, but with some drawbacks scattered throughout the stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Holy Mosque, surrounded by shopping centers and malls. The rooms were spacious but felt disorganized and unclean during my two-day stay. The staff was helpful overall, especially during busy times like Fridays, but some encounters were not pleasant. The dining experience was decent, with varying opinions on the quality compared to other hotels.
